Information we collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, business name, email address, type of business, any website URL you provide and the details you enter in your message. We may also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the form.

Why we use it

We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss requested services, provide quotations and keep appropriate business records. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where relevant, our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and business correspondence. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists merely because you enquire.

Service providers and transfers

Enquiries are submitted using Formspree and delivered to our email account, currently provided by Microsoft Outlook. These providers process or store information on our behalf or as applicable under their own terms. Processing may involve locations outside the UK; relevant provider safeguards apply.

How long we keep information

We aim to delete enquiries that do not lead to work within 12 months of our last meaningful contact, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them longer. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence and records may be kept for longer where needed for service delivery, accounting or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, request restriction or portability, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
